About Trailhead
Alcohol and Drug Rehab
in Salem, NH

Trailhead Treatment Center was founded by people in recovery. Co-founders Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi built the center from personal experience with addiction and recovery. Caitlin is a BSN-prepared nurse and certified recovery coach with eight years of direct experience. Mike DiBlasi manages operations. That firsthand experience is the reason Trailhead exists.

Trailhead is independently owned, not a corporate facility. Hiring decisions and treatment decisions come from lived recovery experience. The staff hold recovery experience alongside clinical training. Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina, LICSW, holds a therapeutic foundation in adult mental health and addiction treatment, with years of experience across outpatient and public health social work settings and a trauma-informed approach to care.

Caitlin DiBlasi is a former yoga instructor. That background shaped Trailhead’s holistic programming. Yoga, breathwork, and movement-based therapies are built into the daily schedule.

Clients at Trailhead work with staff who have lived through addiction and recovery themselves.
