Trailhead Treatment Center offers Virtual IOP in Salem, NH for adults managing addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Virtual IOP runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with in-person sessions also available at our Salem, NH facility. Trailhead is dual licensed by New Hampshire for both substance use and mental health treatment.
Virtual IOP is built for clients who need flexible, remote access to treatment, whether that is due to work schedules, transportation, childcare, or simply preferring to attend from home.
Virtual IOP is the same intensive outpatient level of care as our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), delivered remotely through secure video sessions. Clients attend group therapy and clinical services four days per week for three hours per session, from home.
Virtual IOP includes the same group therapy focus, case management, and holistic programming as in-person IOP, along with access to medication-assisted treatment when appropriate.
Virtual IOP is designed for people who:

Trailhead integrates holistic practices directly into the Virtual IOP clinical schedule, guided live over video, the same as our in-person program.
Co-Founder and COO Caitlin DiBlasi, a former yoga instructor and marathoner, designed Trailhead’s Holistic Programming. Clients leave sessions feeling lighter and less burdened, even from home.
Trailhead was founded by Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi — people who know from firsthand experience what it feels like to sit in the chair you are sitting in, wherever that chair happens to be. They also know what it is like to hold down a job while trying to get well, which is exactly why Virtual IOP exists.
Our staff have recovery experience alongside clinical training. Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina, LICSW, has spent years in adult mental health and addiction treatment across outpatient and public health settings.
