Treatment Programs Available Near Windham, NH

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our PHP program provides structured daily treatment five days per week, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at our Salem facility. Includes individual therapy, group sessions, holistic programming (yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound therapy), case management, and lunch. PHP is our most intensive outpatient level of care.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP program offers daytime sessions from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM five days per week. Evening scheduling is coming soon for working adults. IOP is a step down from PHP or a direct admission for people meeting IOP criteria.

Outpatient Program

Our outpatient program provides individual therapy and medication management for clients stepping down from IOP or maintaining long-term recovery support.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT/MOUD)

Our MAT program offers injectable medications including Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi for opioid and alcohol use disorders. MAT can be combined with any program level or received standalone.

Mental Health Treatment

Our mental health program treats anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, difficulty managing emotions, and co-occurring disorders alongside or independent of substance use treatment.

Family Support Services

Family support includes therapist-led family sessions, education, and communication rebuilding on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
